Nora A. Cochran, 88, of Dayton, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at her home.
She was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and a member of New Union Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cochran; son, Larry Cochran; parents, Ross and Iva Hill; brothers, Erskin and Doyle Hill and sisters, Brenda Fisher, Faye Fritts and Lucille Cochran.
Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis Taylor and Doylene (Corky) Bunch; six grandchildren, Stephanie Brewer, Angie Pendergrass, Charlie Taylor and Jeremy, Jake and Chris Bunch; five great-grandchildren, Noah, Kylee and Kinsley Bunch and Reese and Rylan Pendergrass; brother, Shep Hill and three sisters, Wanda Scott, Julie Norris and Gail Travis.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating. Burial will be at Rhea Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Cork, Jake and Chris Bunch, Charlie Taylor, Jason Pendergrass and Mike Brewer.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
