Landon Cole Lee Robbins, 5, of Spring City, passed away Rhea County Medical Center in Dayton, on Friday, Aug. 30, 2013. Landon was a student at Spring City Elementary in Spring City. He was a young boy who enjoyed life. He is preceded in death by great-grandparents, Alfred and Dorothy Boles; great-grandmother, JoAnn Powell; special cousin, Wesley Frady and special friend, Bentlee Jenkins.
Landon leaves behind to cherish his memory, his father, Gerald Wells of Oliver Springs, Tenn.; mother, Jessica Robbins of Spring City; sisters, Brooklyn Wells and Samantha Wells of Spring City; grandparents, Michael Boles and Sherry Robbins of Spring City, Denny and Karen Mullins of Oakdale, Tenn. and Jerry Wells and Misty of Rockwood, Tenn.; great-grandparents, Ray and Barbara Robbins of Marion, N.C.; great-grandfather, Earl Powell of Rockwood, Tenn.; special aunt, Jennifer Thompson of Marion, N.C.; special uncles, Brian Thompson of Marion, N.C. and Mitchell Boles of Spring City; other aunts, Ashley Green and Tonya Wilson; uncles, Matt Humfleet, Bradley Wells and Buddy Wells; special friend, Eli King; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Evans Mortuary of Rockwood, Tenn.
Funeral services will be on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Evans Mortuary of Rockwood, Tenn. with Rev. Thomas Waldo & Rev. Don Long officiating. Interment and concluding services will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Spring City.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Evans Mortuary to support funeral expenses.
