Robert L. "Bob" Taylor, 66, of Dayton, died
Thursday, February 4, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Taylor was a lifelong resident of Rhea
County. He was of the Methodist faith. He retired from school teaching after 33 and a
half years.
Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Madge
Taylor.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Cochran Taylor of Dayton; daughter, Angie (Jason)
Pendergrass of Dayton, son, Charlie Taylor of Spring City; two grandchildren, Reese Taylor
Pendergrass and Rylan Leigh Pendergrass; one niece; and several nephews.
Funeral services
will be held Sunday, Feb. 7, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev.
Clyde Fitzgerald and Rev. Paul Cagle officiating. Burial will be at Buttram
Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Feb. 6, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the
funeral home.
Coulter Garrison Funeral Home of Dayton is in charge of
arrangements.
