Paul Eugene True, age 20, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 2006 at Erlanger Medical Center. Born in Lakeland, Fla., he's lived in this area most of his life. He attended Rhea County High School and was of the Baptist faith.
Paul is survived by his parents, Rachel (Ronnie) Fugate of Spring City and Carl (Loretta) True of Lakeland; grandmothers, Leora Chamberlain of Spring City and Paula True of Lakeland; two sisters, Bonnie (Marshall) Edwards, Genie True both of Spring City; half-brother, Brian Mazurek of Lakeland; step-sister, Amanda Fugate of Ringgold, Ga.; step-brothers, Adam Fugate of Spring City and Aaron Fugate of Dayton; a niece, Morgan Edwards and nephew, Braden Edwards both of Spring City.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, Feb. 13, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Reverends Rick Smith and King Ford officiating. Burial will follow in Porter Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Vaughn Funeral Home in Spring City.
