There will be a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 6:45 p.m. at the Spring City Municipal Building. The hearing is to receive public comments on the Ordinances to 2010-01 to Amend The Water and Sewer Billing adjustment policy and 2010-02 to Amend The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Spring City. The replacement facility will be located on a site which has not been assigned an address on Manufacturers Road (Map 083 Parcel.012.09). No new beds are being requested, no services will be initiated or discontinued and no major medical equipment is requested. The facility is and will continue to be certified for participation in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs. The estimated project cost is $15,094,887.
